Born in Fordville, North Dakota, in 1931, Dennis Sobolik is now the senior shareholder
in the firm. He attended the University of North Dakota and obtained his Juris
Doctor degree in 1959. For twenty years Mr. Sobolik served as County Attorney
for Kittson County. Also, he served for twelve years on the Board of Governors
for the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Sobolik has practiced in matters
concerning litigation in addition to heavy involvement with business, commercial,
and estate planning. He now practices civil litigation, probate, banking, business,
corporate, and general law, and was nominated as a Leading Minnesota Attorney.
