Robert M. Albrecht
Robert M. Albrecht has been practicing personal injury law throughout the Red River Valley since 1982. With over thirty-five years of experience, Bob has handled virtually every type of personal injury and wrongful death case including auto accidents, semi truck trashes, motorcycle and snowmobile cases, fire losses, farm machinery failures, construction injuries, dog bites, aviation accidents, boating crashes, and recreational injuries, among others.
Bob has represented personal injury clients throughout Northwestern Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota. These clients come from an area which stretches east to International Falls, south to Bemidji and Detroit Lakes, and west to Fargo and Bismarck.
For over thirty-five years Bob has settled and tried numerous personal injury cases. Some of the more serious matters he has handled include wrongful death, quadriplegic and paraplegic brain or spinal injuries, limb amputations, herniated disks, head trauma, and permanent soft tissue injuries.
Mr. Albrecht has helped clients recover millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts. Bob has tried three successive personal injury cases in counties in Northwestern Minnesota which resulted in jury verdicts of nearly two million dollars. Some of his verdicts remain among the highest ever returned by juries in those counties.
