Kaitlyn Bjornson Joins Brink Lawyers, P.A.


Kaitlyn Bjornson has joined Brink Lawyers, P.A. in Hallock, MN, as an associate attorney practicing primarily in family law and litigation. She is currently licensed to practice law in North Dakota and also anticipates receiving a Minnesota license within the next few months. Kaitlyn was raised in Pembina County. In 2020, Kaitlyn received her Juris Doctor along with an Indian and Tribal Law Certificate from the University of North Dakota School of Law. During law school, Kaitlyn was a member of the North Dakota Law Review and served on the 2019-2020 Board of Editors as Research Editor and Technical Editor. Her Case Comment was published in 2019. Before attending law school, Kaitlyn graduated cum laude from the University of North Dakota with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Kaitlyn and her husband Deane reside in Cavalier, ND, with their dog Olivia (“Liv”). In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing piano, golfing, and reading.
